The Rejuvenation Cocktail

Designed to restore youth through selective gene therapy.

About this initiative

A New Chapter in Human Rejuvenation

The Rejuvenation Cocktail delivers three carefully selected gene therapies that target the core mechanisms of aging. Each gene enhances one of the pillars of vitality—muscle, mind, and metabolism—to restore youthful performance and resilience.

Results are designed to be long lasting, with effects that will persist for 15 to 20 years.

How it works

Three genes, and what each one influences

Follistatin

Muscle Strength and Mobility

Follistatin, widely used in bodybuilding, suppresses myostatin and activin—both limit muscle growth. Increasing its levels through the Rejuvenation Cocktail enhances youthful muscle regeneration, balance, endurance, and confidence.

Illustration of Klotho and its role in cognitive and vascular health

Klotho

Cognitive and Vascular Vitality

Klotho is often called the longevity gene. It supports neuronal health, maintains vascular flexibility, and reduces inflammation. Enhancing Klotho expression contributes to sharper cognition, steadier mood, and improved systemic resilience.

SIRT1

Energy and Metabolic Renewal

SIRT1 is a master regulator of mitochondrial function and cellular energy. It amplifies metabolic efficiency, supports glucose control, and works in concert with Klotho to protect the brain and vascular endothelium.

Why this approach

Three genes, nine hallmarks of aging

The three genes in the Rejuvenation Cocktail work together. Applied on their own, each has a limited effect. Applied together, they act synergistically and influence nine of the recognized hallmarks of aging.

From the abstract

Here, we describe an integrated, multi-axis gene therapy platform employing adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors engineered for compartment-specific delivery of three validated longevity and regenerative factors: Follistatin for intramuscular anabolic and anti-fibrotic enhancement; Klotho for CNS-targeted neuroendocrine rejuvenation; and SIRT1 for neuronal DNA repair, mitochondrial optimization, and synaptic resilience.

The paper outlines the engineering strategy, molecular rationale, expected mechanistic synergy, and translational implications of the three-vector suite.

Rejuvenation Cocktail brochure

A short introduction covering the three therapies, what the treatment involves, and what to expect.

The experience

What the treatment involves

Consultation

Personalized consultation including a brief health review and baseline body composition assessment.

Treatment day

Treatment is administered during a scheduled visit and typically takes approximately one hour.

Administration

Treatment includes intramuscular injections (follistatin) and intranasal applications under local anesthetic (Klotho and SIRT1).

Recovery and follow-up

Most individuals return to normal activity the same day. Biomarker and body-composition tracking at 3, 6, and 12 months.

Early observations

The first two recipients were the founders themselves.

Kenneth Scott was 83 when he was treated, in March and April 2026. Helga Sands received the complete cocktail on her 88th birthday. Neither of them waited for somebody else to go first.

Some of the most striking early results were not anticipated. This is central to KHL’s approach: Develop → Apply → Monitor → Adapt. We measure what we can, observe what changes, record the unexpected—and learn from every recipient.

Shared early results:

No jet lag

Since treatment, Kenneth and Helga have each completed several trans-Atlantic flights without experiencing jet lag.

For both, this was unexpected and one of the earliest changes they noticed.

Fasting blood glucose

Fasting blood glucose fell by approximately 25% in both Kenneth and Helga.

Declined approximately 100 → 75 mg/dL in both recipients. This was another unanticipated result—and, unlike jet lag, one captured objectively in laboratory measurements.

AGE 83 · TREATED MARCH AND APRIL 2026

Body composition

Love handles gone. InBody measurements show a 28% reduction in visceral fat, with lean muscle preserved. Friends have also noticed fuller calves and improved physical condition.

Strength and function

Stronger grip, better balance and flexibility, and greater confidence on stairs.

Skin

His dermatologist, who has followed him for three years, describes his skin as having remarkable biological quality for his age and reports that changes in recent months "have been notable and very positive."

Voice

Friends independently remark that his voice now sounds like that of a younger man—reversing the "old man" quality they had begun to notice.

Helga Sands

AGE 88 · TREATED APRIL 2026

appearance

"Bat Wings" (flaccid triceps) are gone. After decades of covering her upper arms, Helga is wearing short-sleeved garments again.

Bruising

For most of the past decade Helga had suffered gradually increasing bruising all over her body, a common affliction of aging. Shortly after receiving treatment, bruising stopped and her skin is now generally clear

Muscle

Her massage therapist of 40 years independently noticed substantially greater muscle around her spine, shoulders, rib cage and upper legs -- without having been told to look for changes.

Visible increase in muscle and firmness have been among Helga's most strikingly early physical changes.

BLOOD QUALITY

For several years Helga has had 10 pass ozone treatments to improve her blood. Before the therapy the blood was somewhat sluggish and filter changes would be required before the 10 passes were completed. Since the therapy, the filters do not clog and blood flows much more quickly.
